Studies show that practicing yoga in school settings has a positive impact on cognitive and social development. In particular, it can improve attention, concentration, memory, social interaction, stress management, physical fitness, and emotional balance (detailed sources and further information can be found in our letter to schools).
We offer courses for elementary schools, secondary schools, high schools, and special needs schools (you can find a selection of our partners here). We are also open to collaborations with other institutions.
